Hotel Bookings
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to check-in for a full refund (subject to hotel policy).
- Late cancellations may incur charges as per the hotel’s terms and conditions.
- Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for any refund.
Cab Services
- Refunds for cancellations are applicable if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
